"If I could give ZERO stars I would! I have visited this location twice and had the same experience each time. I was completely ignored to the point that I felt very uncomfortable. I experienced associates walk past me, turn their backs, and walk away as I approached them. Additionally, I watched these same associates engage with every single white shopper. Sad thing is I was shopping for several items for my new home, so they lost out on a sale. I will take my money where I’m greeted and appreciated."
"Good products at good prices. Sales person was great at making sure we fully inspected the item before buying it as there are no returns. However, they are not flexible at all on pick up policy. You have one week to pick up items or else they will charge you 30% restocking fee and put it back out. I called to ask for a two day extension, but the manager said no exceptions. Not very customer friendly to have no leeway given the size and weight of objects. I will not be purchasing again from the store unless I can take the item same day. The same day, I bought a large piece of furniture from a liquidation warehouse south of columbus (same deal, no returns, 7 day pickup), which is much less professional, and they were more than willing to extend the pick up time."
"I was super disappointed in the store. It's very warehouse-y with no furniture staging and poor old-school yellowish lighting, making it hard to discern the quality and color of the items. They have a large selection of tables, upholstered furniture, etc. however, too many items were scuffed or otherwise damaged for my taste. If you want Arhaus quality then purchase from an original Arhaus store. Don't be a poser and buy Arhaus scratch & dent cast offs."
"Great sales people, extremely helpful and can't say enough about the guys who wrap and load your buys. They are professional and helpful and always make it all fit! They even smile...its crazy! Great customer service and products. Buy if you love it, because it will be gone when you come back. Can't beat the quality if you can stand a little imperfection."
"Great place to shop and furnish your house! Selection changes often so keep checking for new items. I love the chair I got - exactly what I needed!"
