"Went here after a trip. Traveled in rain. Had that white stuff all around the edges of the windshield where the wipers don't get and guess what this automated car wash did not get that clean I had to bring it home and get the Windex out and clean it myself. Will start going to car washes in Columbus apparently London doesn't know how to have a decent one since they got rid of the old car wash."

"Edit: Review from “new” car wash. May 2022. It’s just as bad as the old one. No soap, car is still dirty, and the dryers don’t work. This is the worst automatic wash I’ve even been through. Review from “old”: My car was cleaner before I ran it through. Wasted $7. This is the second time through there with the same results. Stay away and you'll get a better cleaning when it rains."
"This is a great location to do a quick wash to remove road salt and accumulated dirt from your vehicle. It's not to pricey with different modes u can select during your wash. This was at a self service bay, however they do have two full service bays as well."
