"Going to guess here but 80% of parking spots are Paid Parking. Just paid $175.38 for fuel, DEF & reefer. Plus grabbed a Gyro from Arbys. Then when I stopped for some sleep found out why this Pilot had most all of its spots open. Damn, for this kind of treatment and Parking availability I could have just rolled over to the T/A. Did really like the service though."
"Best customer service I’ve had in a long time. Older woman with glasses was so kind and friendly she went out of her way to make my visit special! Also a younger woman who accompanied her was so very kind as well and I just appreciate them both! I hope this review makes them smile! I’m the lady who got the pizza and holiday candy."
"One of the best gas stations around! Clean and well organized! Hot food available including an Arby’s and Cinnabon cinnamon rolls! Plenty of options to choose from. Clean restrooms as well. Easy in and out access to Route 42 and Interstate 70. Staff is very friendly and helpful! Highly recommend stopping here for gas, something to eat or anything else you may need while on the road!"
"This is a good Pilot Travel Center to stop and get things for your trip or grab a bite to eat. The store looks clean and we'll maintained the only issues was the men's restroom not enough stalls for that big store and one was out of order and the same situation outside on the diesel Isle two of those bays were tapped off. Still good place to stop!"
