"If it would let me post with zero stars I would. But disregard the star as London AutoZone is not worthy of my star… 5/19/23 I was in the store for some body repair materials. The female employee was super friendly and very knowledgeable to the questions that I asked. The male employee however seemed like a very lazy individual and the whole time I was there he walked around the back talking on his phone. I had grabbed almost everything I needed but wanted to make sure I didn’t forget anything. I patiently waited. The female was running around ragged helping others and picking up the slack from the male employee. When the male got off his phone and came out from the back. I stopped him and asked him if he could help me make sure I had what I needed. He said he didn’t know anything about body repair but that he could try. I asked if someone else could help me because I don’t like repeating myself. The female came to the front, took me back to the body repair section and did a kick ass job answering all my questions. You rock chick! This morning on the other hand. I had to return the material as I switched modes from body repair to door replacement. Easier route as I have never done bodywork myself. So I came from Columbus twenty minutes before the store opened. Sat in my car. The store opened and I saw an ex boyfriend of my mother and chatted with him for about five, ten minutes. He and his dog left. I went in the store to return my purchase from the 19th and was told by the opening manager that I couldn’t return my items until end of next week sometime as the store didn’t have the money for the return. $121.09 Told me since I paid cash that I would need to return them at the HUB store in Columbus. No other information like a telephone number, address, nothing. So I go sit in my car looking up AutoZone on West Broad Street which there are a few of them on broad. I called the one I thought it was but was wrong and given the right number. While on the phone with the hub a fire truck, squad, and police cruiser came swooping in the parking lot, sirens blaring. I apologized to the employee from the hub on the phone for the noise. Next thing I know my window is being tapped on and I’m being asked if I’m ok. Unknowingly I told them that I was fine and on the phone with the hub store and they weren’t there for me. After they went in and talked to the manager they came back to my car. Again asking if I was fine. If I had fallen asleep and that’s when I was told that the manager who swore that I was slumped over in my car called. I reassured the police officer and EMT that I was fine and had no clue what they are talking about. I wasn’t asleep. I wasn’t slumped over. Just an attention seeking lazy ass manager whom wouldn’t take my return and made me come all the way back to Columbus to return my previous purchase. And instead of coming out to check on me if something was wrong. Wasted time and taxpayers money by calling the police for what he didn’t see. London AZ… your store is going to hell fast. Too many lazy people whom appear to not know what they are doing yet and laziness and seeking attention at others expense is ok. I don’t think I will be going to this joke of a store anymore. A huge thank you to John at the hub for picking up Londons slack and getting my refund taken care of. And a huge thanks for costing me more money and another trip to Columbus just to return some materials because being lazy and not doing our job is the new norm. I will be contacting corporate about this situation. Rant if the day and review over!!!"
