"So I just called today asking about brake pads and rotors. The guy began telling me that I called yesterday. He told me I already called yesterday. He asked me why I was calling again. I told him I have never called and defiantly didn’t call yesterday. He didn’t ask what year, make, or model of my Vehicle. He didn’t ask if it was the front it back. All he said was, “well it’s going to be $400.00”. I told him how could he quote me a price if he didn’t know anything about my car and if it was the front or back. He then proceeded with an attitude. I told him never mind. That he had a horrible attitude and hung up. I was going to make an appointment with them to have it done. I defiantly don’t want someone working on my $50,000 suv that acts like that. I will NEVER call this place or take my suv here. They need to watch how they talk to customers. That was terrible!"

Even though I had arrived an hour before their closing, the owner said he'd take care of the replacement which required him to work past closing.
