"I was hit by a red light runner causing quite a bit of damage. It took about three months, but Germain Body Shop got my van looking brand new again. Josh was awesome to work with. I didn't like the way the opposite fender was laying after I got my van back, and Josh took care of it right away for me. My van looks better than before the accident even."
"Only giving two stars because they did technically finish the work. Their customer service was lackluster. Gave me a repair window of 5-10 business days. Business day 11/12 rolled around and I hadn’t received a single call. I called them and they told me they ordered the wrong parts, so it would be another week. No big deal. A week went by, I heard nothing. Called again and had to call daily for another 3 days before I could pick up my truck. They told me it was done and cleaned up (washed, vacuumed and wiped down were the exact words) and when I picked it up, they had left tape and plastic all over the roof of my truck. Would not recommend if you’re looking for an easy company to work with. Will upload a picture of the tape and plastic if I can"
"Outstanding work. Everybody is friendly. They answer the phones when you call. We had a door that needed fixing on a minivan. The only downside it took four weeks, but that seems to be par for the course. Final result was excellent."
"I had a guy back into my Ford Focus in 3/23 & I took my car to Germaine based on positive reviews from my neighbor. Unfortunately, the guy’s insurance proved very very difficult to work with & it was a long process. Throughout, Josh, Kyle & Katie remained professional during our many contacts. Finally received my car back on 6/10/23 & I’m thrilled. They did an awesome job! The repairs work is excellent. Kudos to EVERYONE in the shop."
"(Update): After looking at the mirror in different light and different times of the day and shining light on it, the paint matches pretty well. I broke the mirror on the passenger side of my car. Went to Germain to get a estimate and to get it fixed. I was told they can do it and it would be fixed in a couple of days. I called after a couple of days to find out they didn't get the cap for the mirror. Well, after a week and a half, I finally got my car back with a badly painted mirror that doesn't match the paint of the rest of the car. I was also left with a check engine light."
