"UPDATE: 10/03/23. I have done everything this company asked, drove one way to try there 1" foam to put on top, they said give it 1-2 mos. for my body to adjust to the new mattress, it has been since July 26th. I wake up every morning in awful pain, but yet, I don't hurt when I go to bed!!!! BEWARE: They will NOT give you your money back! I am going through BBB, Attorney General's Office & if I have to Small Claims Court! All I want is my money back to go elsewhere! I have NEVER had such horrible customer service from a Retailer ever, with not willing to pick this set back up, I offered to donate it & send the receipt, to no avail!! GOOD LUCK if you make a mistake in what you buy here! I know others who are very unhappy too! (Previous Review): This OMF was my 13th place, so I was well informed, well versed & prepared to buy a mattress set. I was confident in my choice of the Classic Plush Full size set purchased here July 2023. When delivered had 2 dark spots on the material of the mattress, the top of the box springs had 2-3 areas of snags. It has been uncomfortable from day one! At the store I laid on it, plus others, (as I did in all 12 other stores) many times & long enough time to decide on this set. I am HIGHLY unhappy with it, unless I fork out approx. 500.00 dollars (grand total, 115.00 more for this set to "upgrade", then 187.00 for their "better" mattress, then would need the 5" box springs, plus 70.00 delivery, plus tax, there is NOTHING this company is WILLING to do. (I laid on the "better" two they've suggested, while there, did not care for them, why would I pay out another "$500".00 then???). I've been having lumbar issues, couldn't wait to get this delivered, now trying to decide if I want to sell it or put at curb. I dread going to bed every night now! Yes, after standing my ground, I got my delivery money back ($70.00, that was for the discoloration & snags ONLY). I wish I had kept my old set, (the mattress dipped in center badly). Had I known how this would turn out, I would've opted to keep my 12 yr. old mattress set & get a 2-3" mattress topper & still have some money in my pocket! This set would work for a younger person that does not have Lumbar issues, I told Frank that in the store that I had horrible Lumbar issues going on, which was obvious. Frank was nice, but SO distracting while trying to concentrate on what to buy. I'd never had anyone blab so much about the company itself! I didn't need/want to hear it! Now, I think it was a way to make the company look great! When I mentioned the following: That (came to light recently, after the fact), that this set ONLY has a 6 rating for comfort, I was told to ignore that number, that was by one of the higher up guys, Phil!! It's in THEIR paper that I got with the warranty brochure! I'm on a very fixed income with no support, I get up every morning in pain after being on this mattress. Yes, everyone's taste is different in what's comfy, etc...I also found out this set only has approx. 2" cotton on top of coils.I'm at a loss, what should be a happy time, finally after 12 yrs. replacing an old, dipped mattress, has turned into a waste of 758.00. But really who cares? Oh, the company thinks competitors puts some of these reviews on. I guarantee you, I am a real customer! I take doing reviews seriously and accurately! Good luck to others seeking out a comfy one, I've lost all confidence in trying. I also did what they asked, drove an hour one way to go back to the store to pick up 1" foam to put on top of the mattress, it has not relieved the pain in the mornings after sleeping on it. I would've just liked my money back, since the issue has not been resolved. If I spend the 287.00 to trade up, plus 70.00 to deliver a different set! What if it isn't comfortable(?). Over 100.00 of that (287.00), IS to pay MORE for the set I just got from them, they have (a 25% fee they charge from 1st purchase) to upgrade to one of their other types/brands. HAVE TO GIVE A ONE STAR FOR THE REVIEW TO GO THROUGH!!"

"We went back for new mattress after 10 years with the last one we bought from there. We decided to go from the orthopedic pillow top to the adjustable bed with two XL twins with the Regency Hybrid mattress. Even though they should have more than one person in the store, we didn't have too long of a wait. Can't wait for new set! Delivery was 1 1/2 - 2 weeks out. Not too bad."

"A "shout out" to Frank and Brett .....giving 5 stars due to their solid service. OMF has a nice range of style/quality. Website was pretty easy to use. BUT, there was glitch on the eCommerce side of things that just about blew the whole thing up. The online order never got communicated to the local store. Frank and team went the extra mile to ensure the mattress got in just in time for my son to move into college. Recommendation if you are shopping online: review various features and pick out a style or two. Then, go visit Frank and crew at the store to place your order."

Delivery was fast and professional, one minor blip with ancillary purchase that was corrected immediately, and we are very happy with our purchase."

"We love the queen size mattress we bought from here. When we moved, our queen size box spring wouldn't fit up the stairs, so we needed a split box spring. The guy said he had it in stock and we could pick it up anytime. A few days later when we went to pick it up, we found that he sold it the previous day. He said the first time, "it will be here waiting for you" I'd expect it to to be there waiting for us. But he sold it. They only kept one in stock. Lost a star! Still a high quality mattress. Recommend their products if you can get your hands on them."
