"As an update to my previous review (below). I still have a non functioning couch and the "management will review" comment has led to no conclusion or follow up with me. Do not buy the extended warranty. We did. Our electronic controls for our couch broke as soon as the warranty period ended. One year later we still waiting for the warranty company to fix the issue. Parts take 6-9 months to come in. The service people barely know what they are doing. Then 3 months to schedule a time to come fix. All of this is started by a 3 month wait for someone to come diagnose the problem. Don’t do it."
"Out standing customer service! This is the most fun I have ever had buying furniture ! I love this sofa not just because of its excellent quality but because I had such a wonderful experience with the staff at Furniture Fair. They were really fun and matched the price of another store and gave me a Furniture Fair Bear!!!! I have bought a lot of furniture in my 60 years but never have I ever enjoyed it."

"We had a great experience with Furniture Fair. The Salesman was super and very knowledgeable on the products available. We got the best mattress for us. The delivery was awesome as well. They gave us a 2 hour window of time to deliver but were here pronto at the beginning of the 1st hour. The delivery men set up our box springs and mattress quickly and efficiently and were very friendly. We will definitely buy from Furniture Fair again in the future. Thank you!"
