"The salesman Pete was very nice and professional... HOWEVER, once the heater cap product was installed on the outside of my house it has yet to be connected by an electrician to my electric, so that I can use it. Multiple phone calls have been answered once, still no information as to when the heating elements will be connected. I have paid over $5,000 for a product that I can not use!! I am very dissatisfied with this company. Buyer beware."
