Choice Cleaning Pros

"Very unsatisfied with service. Billed for 4 hrs but were there only 3 hrs. Workers very slow and took break sat in car for 1/2 hr after only working 1 hr. Used for deep cleaning they did ok in bathrooms but missed alot of dusting and missed a couple of ceiling fans. Do not recommend. I waited couple of months before posting review to see if someone would call for follow up since I was new customer, but did not receive one."

"You DON'T get what you pay for with this company. I am very disappointed with the company after my experience with them in January 2022. Frankly, I feel as if I was robbed of $160 - like the cleaners literally walked in the house, took the cash, and left. Upon arrival at the house, I compared the cleaning checklist they left to the work that was actually done. I wish I could post pictures here because almost everything that was claimed to be cleaned most certainly was not. For example, the bathroom floor was visibly dirty but claimed to have been swept and mopped. Same with the kitchen floor (there was a water bottle cap on the floor among more visible dirt). Even surfaces claimed to be cleaned had crumbs and dirt. My expectations are not too high, it's that nothing was done. I really couldn't find anything that was cleaned to be honest. I shared over 15 pictures with the company and called multiple times trying to get restitution to no avail. With two cleaners and two hours, their claim was that they did what they could in the time I paid for and nothing more. I cleaned what they should have on my own in less than that time. I am so very disappointed in both my decision to use them and the way I was treated upon my complaint. I urge you to steer clear of any residential cleaning from this company."
