"Staples is NOT what is used to be. I’ve tried multiple times to go in and get an order of prints but with one worker there’s always a massive line, and each person has to wait at least 45 min in line to get their order. Recommend going to a different location where there could possibly be more than one employee working photo prints. Other than that, customer service and products are great. Just very very very very slow business."

"I am only giving 2 stars for the super nice guy who works in the print department because he is the best. He is always so nice and helpful. The rest of the store is just the worst. There are somehow people in nearly every aisle stocking but no one to ring people out. Lines are awful and more than once, the same employee has rang up an entire purchase only to realize she never started a transaction so she has to take everything out of bags, ring it up again then bag again. I know being understaffed is not the fault of the employees but Staples has been a joke for anything other than prints for years. I only come here because the place I work sends me here for supplies. No more. We will order elsewhere."

"This us by far the best place to get back to school supplies. This is the second year we have shopped there for back to school supplies and we are in and out in 30 minutes even on tax-free weekend. They even have the elusive orange plastics three pronged teo pocket folder. The staff is helpful when looking for the specifics multi media art sketch pad. They are amazing. Plus, no fighting the frenzy of other parents and students frantic with their school lists. They also have great items for college, such as printers, computer monitors, land line phones, poster boards, and all you can imagine! Thank you Staples! A special shout out to the young man who went scouring in the back for a different colored calculator, as my daughter did not want pink."
