"Have stopped and admired their furniture over the years. Last year we bought a leather couch and chair and we are very happy with it. Some damage to the chair during a recent move and we are working with them to get it fixed. We also bought 2 end tables with a matching coffee table. They are beautiful and very well made. We had everything delivered and that went very smoothly. "I purchased 2 leather recliners in 2013. One of them was making a strange noise. They came out, took my recliner and called me back later the same day. Told me it was fixed and if I was going to be home for a little while, they would be bringing it back. Within a half an hour my recliner was returned and the noise was gone all at no charge! Customer service doesn’t get any better than that and despite the odd noise, the furniture is the best quality available. I highly recommend otmar furniture."
"I am now 10 years into 2 bedroom suites, a desk, and several cabinets. I still have people commenting on how beautiful the furniture is. I've moved twice since purchasing the furniture and it's the one thing I'll never part with. My kids still are still fighting over who is getting which pieces when I die. Yes it's expensive furniture. I looked the first time and had to come back latee when my wallet was healthier. With that said, worth the money and proud to own it."
