"The staff was helpful without being pushy. We visited the store three times before we confirmed our decision on the furniture we wanted. Each time, we were treated well even when we told the Salespeople we were just looking. When we finally decided to purchase, we were JT’s first customers on his first day. He was very helpful."

"Only reason for 1 star is salesperson helping with initial purchase was good. All 3 pieces of furniture delivered June 10, 2023 ($4,500+) damaged. Fast forward to January 2024 and the sectional has not been repaired as promised. We simply cannot get representatives from Morris to call us back with the status and when we get lucky and do speak with someone they cannot answer simple questions. We accept things happen but to be put in a position that we cannot get a repair on a new item for 7 months and counting that Morris agrees is damaged is simply wrong. We have been extremely patient but this is ridiculous. I did send a message to the President via Linkedin several months back with no repsonse, just trying to get anyone to help us get resolved. Still waiting on contact from Morris with resolution. First time I have ever posted a negative review however, considering the situation encourage potential buyers to take reviews like this into account We orginally were going to purchase from a furniture store in Cincinnati but we always try to buy local... this one backfired"

"I went to Morris to look at a desk set that I was interested in purchasing. As I was looking around I was approached by a salesman Xavier A. He was very friendly, professional, and very accommodating! I am very pleased with the experience and all time and attention from Xavier. He made my experience and purchase with Morris very pleasant one."

"Ordered a bunk bed. First delivery was already opened and had damage. S one assembly had already occurred so I believe this was someone else’s damaged return. The second delivery all the boxes were good, but the dresser had horrible build quality. It never should have left the factory in that condition. Pictures below. They wouldn’t deliver a new dresser for another 3 weeks. So I had to go return and pickup a new dresser as it was the first part required to build the bunk bed. I had spoken to store management and they assured me I would be receiving a follow up call from regional manager. I did not receive a call from anyone to resolve this issue. I recommend shopping any other local furniture stores other than Morris. Poor customer support. Poor furniture quality and quality control."
