"My parents only serviced their vehicles at Fugates and I've continued the tradition for 40 years?! Jerry and everyone at Fugates are hardworking and honest. They take pride in their work, call to give diagnostics, detailed estimate and pickup time. My husband questioned why I drove to Franklin from Cincinnati to get my vehicles serviced because he, "knew a great local mechanic". So, he was a little skeptical. However, after moving locally, he only entrusts his work van to Fugates. All work is completed on time and at a reasonable price. In fact, regularly scheduled maintenance and rental vehicle were included in the purchase from the dealership. One visit to the dealership was one too many. Because Fugates is certified, you don't have to go to the dealership to maintain your warranty."
