"They cleaned the stove I bought with something terrible. I couldn't even use it because it smelled so toxic even on low heat. They wouldn't refund our money, only tried to give us store credit for another toxin filled stove. The oven bulb was also corroded and couldn't be replaced. Now they CLAIM to use a more natural cleaner, and offered to RECLEAN the stove I bought with it, however, I already tried that option at home with no luck. The chemical smells are there to stay. I wish zero stars was a rating option, but I'll concede the 1 star as the guys were really nice, but completely unwilling to work with us. We're stuck with an expensive used stove that I cannot even use."

"Over priced for used appliances and hardly nothing is covered by their warranty. Also if you need delivery it's cheaper and faster to get a U-Haul pickup. I would not recommend to anyone! My $400 refrigerator was missing the correct size glass for a shelf and the ice maker doesn't work. Out of my pocket to get right size glass for shelf AND now need to call a repair man to get ice maker to work! Has been a nightmare."

"I wanted to leave a review as most that I’ve seen on Google are very low on their star rating for Prestige. I recently purchased a stove and refrigerator (the week of Christmas). Austin, the sales person I dealt with was friendly, level headed, and wasn’t pushy at all. I walked in with very specific needs and a firm price point and he was able to accommodate everything I was looking for. He even made a bundle deal since I needed more than one appliance. I opted for pick of of my appliances as the delivery window wasn’t specific enough for me. When I arrived, Austin ensured the appliances were clean, and even loaded them for me. During the loading, I noticed one of the feet was broken off on the range. I mentioned it to Austin and he attempted to fix it. Unfortunately it could not be fixed as the threads for holes that hold the screws in were stripped. He offered for me to pick a different appliance, or call back after Christmas to have a technician come out to service it. I opted to keep my selection. I called Prestige 12/26 and they were able to send a technician to fix the foot on the range within 2 hours of my phone call. The mechanic even called when he was about 20 minutes away to let me know he was close. This was all free of charge. The mechanic not only came and fixed the foot, but hooked up my range and ensured everything was working properly before he left. Overall I had a great experience with this company and would use them again in a pinch. My only complaint is that I had to ask for the cord for the range as it wasn’t provided before I asked. Once I asked, I was given one. Austin mentioned they don’t give them out because everybody has a different type of plug they require which made sense. I like that this Company offers a one-year warranty on any purchase from them. It does give you peace of mind. Do you keep in mind you need to read the fine print. If you file a warranty claim it is a $100 deductible, but that was clearly written on the paperwork that I received. I do wish it was verbally mentioned at the time of purchase though. That would probably save a lot of negative reviews on Google as well."

"I have bought several of my appliances here and they all were refurbished with warranties and they all still work perfectly! I know 98% of satisfied customers don’t bother to leave a review. Only the 2% that have a bad experience take the time to so I wanted to make an effort to show my appreciation for the effort and great customer service they put out! Thank you Prestige and your amazing staff! Especially they ladies in the office Maddy and Christina were so kind to me!"

"Sold us a fridge with serial numbers intentionally removed. Scraped off the sides in two different places. This is illegal in most states in the USA- in Illinois, North Carolina, Louisiana, Colorado, it’s a felony. On the bill of sale it states “no serial number” (pictures attached). They did NOT draw our attention to this during the sale, it’s simply on the written receipt. This means I can never check for recalls, have the appliance worked on by a manufacturer-authorized technician, etc. Basically, if our fridge breaks, we’re buying a new one. Also, we’d just better hope there isn’t a manufacturer defect that will one day catch your house on fire. I noticed the missing serial number 3 months 13 days after bill of sale, confronted store about it. I wanted a refund and to return the fridge, but was ready to talk about different options. The woman I was dealing with was nasty when her “phone call to the warranty provider” was not satisfying to me. Pretended there was no issue with this until I mentioned this is not legal. Won’t talk about a refund until I bring the fridge back, won’t talk about terms of refund- will it be 80%, delivery charges withheld, a penalty for the dents (which were there when we purchased), nothing. I recommend you skip this one. I’m considering this a lesson learned. Check for serial numbers and go somewhere else. The deal simply isn’t worth it."
