"I would never buy anything from here again. We ordered a dresser, chest, and two nightstands (hefty order, totaling over $1600) and were told it’d be about a week before we got it. Okay fine. A week came and went and they called saying it’d be a few more days. Well another week went by and they called to say it’d be a few more days. After a few days I had to call, and they said they’d definitely have them to me before the weekend… well guess what? They called on that Friday saying they would deliver my order on Monday. WELL I called Monday to ask what time it’d be delivered, and was told the truck would be in at the end of the week… we got rid of all our old furniture to make room for the new stuff only to not receive it for a month at this point (still don’t have it). I can’t even speak to the quality of the furniture because I’m not sure I’ll ever receive it. Also, I was never offered a discount for the inconvenience (me taking off work every day they said it’d be delivered) which would absolutely have made me feel better about the situation, but no. So now I’m out $1600 plus all the days I’ve taken off work and I have nothing to show for it. The people are ok but I’m sick of being promised a date of when my order is getting delivered, just for it to never show up. Extremely frustrating."

"The building still has signs up saying “up to 70% off, reopening sale”. The prices were absurd and the customer service was okay. We didn’t have a chance to walk around alone because they kept pestering us and asking us to follow them. They informed that some prices are negotiable which is great given the tags on the items."
