"Have been very good since before the changeover. One girl has worked there for a very long time and is always excellent. In my last pickup a new girl was there and she was there the week before. When she saw I was behind someone, she stopped her work on some shirts and came to take care of me. Very kind and sincere. Do not know her name but she looks to be working hard, has a good "pace" and is customer focused. Need to hang onto her as finding good working people with customer service stills are very hard to find these days."

"I dropped of a three piece tweed suit for dry cleaning. I specifically asked that they remove the heavy lint. I picked up the suit a few days later and it looked exactly the same. Same condition and same lint, no improvement. It didn't even seem like it was cleaned. After mentioning this to the lady at the front, she had a young woman very quickly roll it with a small lint roller, she spent 30 seconds at most. Overall, there wasn't much effort or motivation to do a great job from this place. TJ dry cleaners is mid average at best. Definitely not five stars."

"I brought a 3 piece suit to dry clean and fix the zipper,the lady that was at the desk took my info and told me she would make sure the zipper was done, well i come back to pick it up and it was cleaned nicely yet the zipper looks like not even an attempt was made to fix. Update: thanks Lyndsey for fixing the pants the zipper works really good, appreciate the attention to detail and quick response."
