"Cannot recall having a worse experience. I brought 10 items in for dry cleaning and my tag indicated as such. I went back a couple days later and was given 6 items and told that's all they had. Perplexed and in a rush I left. After getting home and realizing which clothes I was missing. I came back in and they were able to find 2 more articles of my clothing. 1 shirt and pants were still missing and it will cost $150 to replace. There was no real concern from the staff and they acted like this happens all the time. Stay away from This place."
"I had a great experience with the Tide cleaners. I found out in the morning that I had a need to wear my suit but when I pulled it out of my suitcase it was wrinkled liken unrolled piece of aluminum foil. I called ahead and talked to them around 7:30am, and they were nice on the phone. I arrived at 7:45 am and the place was busy, but they were able to quickly press my suit. Thanks, and I would definitely recommend this location."
