"Update: Went to small claims court on August 31st. Deron lied his socks off, presented no proof of the lies yet was not ordered to reimburse me for returned items. Claimed I must have lost shelving, said if anything I owed him money, falsehood after falsehood. He was ordered to give me the cabinet door, shelving and crown molding which he did. However, true to form, it was the wrong size door and wrong crown molding! He knew that, he just does not care to practice good management practices whatsoever. I highly recommend staying away from the cabinetry end of his business bc he doesn't practice honesty and integrity. Which when you think about it shows someones true character. What does that mean? Regardless it has been almost a year since I paid in full for the cabinets. And why would shelves that are included with the cabinets be replaced at your expense? They have been paid for and should of came with the cabinets. That makes no sense at all. I've already paid for them. However I don't care, get me the missing items. All 17 of them. You seem to insinuate that the shelves were lost by me at my house! That's hilarious! This is due to mismanagement, plain and simple. The 30 days is up. If you would of simply communicated with me or my attorney as requested in the legal letter I would not have to make this public. Almost a year later waiting on missing items to complete the order. Also waiting on refund on returned cabinetry that was not even for my kitchen. Unprofessional and mismanaged."

"Refused to finish the job, said the cabinet hardware was sent to another customer, then told me it was backordered. Had to take him to small claims court; he still has my money, though he was ordered by the court to pay. I highly do not recommend working with the owner, I will say his employees are great people."

"Great experience at first then things went for a turn. Was told cabinets was coming in on a certain day, had everything ready to go with a contractor but cabinets never showed up. Was told this day, nothing showed up, was told that day, nothing showed up. Weeks later they finally came. I was told 2 weeks from the start. It’s been almost 2 months. When the arrived I Was missing 8 cabinets out of like 20 and I had to help unload. Other cabinets he ordered didn’t even fit my kitchen right. Make sure your contractor is on site when he does measurements. Horrible communication. Sometimes no response. Had to copy and paste my text to send again. I have never rated a business before in my life but stay away from this one."

"Not true at all. Changed one piece to two pieces, that was on us. Gave you measurements for the two pieces, 3 actually, and they're wrong. Paid for these in June 2020, yes, there's a pandemic, but the vague answers given to us, saying they've been ordered, etc., having your staff take our calls because you didn't want to, telling us you have no idea how long it might be, that that's just how this distributor is, and now refusing to take back the incorrect product given to us is the one star. 5 months you've had our money and in the end we did not get what we paid for."
