"I bought an adjustable bed from the painsville store and as soon as my bed was set up I was told it’s broken. The head of the bed won’t raise. I called the store and talked with Dominic. He was very nice and helped to try to fix the problem. After 4 days of not hearing from anyone not even a manager I called up there and talked to Dominic again and decided I needed to let his manager know how mad and disappointed I was with the service. After talking to Bryan the manager he’s got a delivery date for me and has a compensation. I’m happy I got an apology for what has happened and I have a delivery date. Still it’s going to be just over one week of a brand new bed that I can’t raise the head on."
