"I had an excellent experience. The Salesman Thomas was top notch. Their online manager Alison couldn't be nicer. Both the Manager Zach and Finance Manager Felix were both top rate too. I was very pleased with the options and no push sales style. I would recommend this team to anyone."

"Dishonest and unprofessional. Raised purchase price via text after deposit made. Not even professional enough to make a phone call to explain. Went to classic in past but never will again."

"Just bought a car from Classic GMC Madison. Cameron May was my Salesperson. Very smooth and seamless transaction. He did all the legwork and research. What an outstanding and compassionate young man. Jessalynn in finance was very knowledgeable and kind as well. I will be returning. Thank you all!"

"This review is long overdue, and for that I apologize. All too often negative feedback is given quickly, and positive feedback is seldom offered. This is a positive review and should have been provided some time ago. Many years ago, I had what I recall as an unpleasant experience while purchasing a car from Classic Chevrolet Buick GMC of Madison and I swore that I would never give them my business again. I held to that pledge until recently. I was due for an oil change and tire rotation, and I got a coupon for that very same service from Classic. It got my attention because I had also recently found out that my regular mechanic had retired and closed his business. So, I made an appointment to try Classic out. In addition to the oil change and tire rotation, I wanted all four wheels balanced to troubleshoot a vibration issue. Well, when I picked my Acadia up the rotation had not been performed and I was being charged the full price for the oil change. The advisor at the desk was of no help in resolving this, other than to tell me that I’d have to bring the vehicle back in to do the balancing. My vocabulary filter was being pushed to the limit so I left the dealership. When I got home, I prepared an email documenting my issues and sent it to the service manager. Within minutes he was on the phone with me to address the matter. No excuses, but an acknowledgement of the issues and a discussion of how to resolve them. My car was then picked up at my home, the balancing was performed, and the oil change cost was refunded to me in total. More than adequate action on his part to correct a mistake. This is an example of an individual taking accountability for and then correcting a problem. Anyone can make a mistake, but it takes integrity to stand up, face the issue, accept responsibility and move forward. How a mistake is managed truly defines an individual and his/her organization. And I wanted to let Johnathan and Classic know that I appreciate their response to my issues. I’ll certainly consider them for future work that may be required on my Acadia. Chip Engler"
