"These guys are great I went to Hudson Automotive they wanted six grand out the door to fix my transmission these guys did it for half price out the door three grand so it'd be two weeks I got it back in 5 days"

"Don't buy a transmission from them. You'll just have to replace it again in less than 2 years. I dropped my car off to them with a slight rattling sound, but no functional issues. After they told me it would cost the same $3,200 I paid not even 2 years prior to replace this transmission, I went to pick it up and heard about 4 other sounds aside from the rattling instantly as soon as I picked it up. It started slipping out of gear and I barely made it home with with my hazards on. I called them and left a message asking for them to explain what all they had done in their inspection of my vehicle, explaining the new issues that were not present when I dropped it off, and I have yet to hear back from them. I find it to be cowardice to not respond to the voicemail I left. If all they did was test drive it, they could have called back and said that's all they did. But, the fact that they ignored my message and didn't call me back makes me think there may be something more going on."

Had to have my transmission rebuilt and they told me it could take possibly 2-3 weeks to get it done, my car was towed on Thurs morning and to my surprise I got a call the very next week on Wednesday morning that it was done and ready to be picked up!
