"my Dodge 5.9L cummins Broke down on the Ohio turnpike near Toledo. Saw a few good reviews and went for it. Took them a day to diagnose the issue with the truck not starting. Problem is, they quoted me almost 7500 for a repair that wouldn't have even fixed the problem. Told me they found some fuel in the oil so instantly told me all 6 fuel injectors, that were brand new less than 6 months ago, needed to be replaced, $750 each. Didn't bench test a single injector just told me i needed all 6 replaced, clear cash grab attempt. As somebody whose worked on diesel engines before I was aware of them trying to take advantage of me there. I refused their diagnosis and demanded they bench test at least the one they claimed was having issues, which they reluctantly agreed to send it to be tested. Which forced them to actually find the damage and the reason for the engine not starting. They changed the quote and diagnosis but wouldn't have been able to repair it for several months. Then got charged $400 for the work to diagnose my truck, and poorly at that, but did it quick"

"About 5 years ago or so we were having a problem with one of the cars. We called Jeff and asked him what he thought... He was honest with us, because of that we took the car there. With that said: The boss man is cool as all get out! The employees are honest, hard working, and don't try and rip you off! These guys are legit! They're the only ones who touch our cars!"
