"I would rate service bad but the service never happened. I wasted 2 days home from work and had to finally cancel after zero communication from anyone at Jim's. From the booking of the appointment to the final cancellation, I did not receive 1 phone call from the Jim's regarding anything. My favorite part was the call I MADE where I was told by the person answering the phone "I don't know anything about it." The service people showed up day 1 and said repair couldn't be done due to rain. On day 2 i received zero calls regarding even a ball park time. I contacted office and was given zero info other than "they're coming." I asked when and was told 1 hr. I called back in 1 hr after no call and no show. The person on the phone was rude as if it was my fault. She then hung up on me. Service cancelled and gave all info to dealership that recommended. side note, 2 young men who showed up on 1st day were not rude and were helpful."

"Had an appointment at 8 that they helped schedule in advance, great people to talk with and was driving away at 9:30! Results may vary but I approve."

"Had to get my windshield replaced because of a large rock flying into it on the expressway. They came to my house and replaced it in my driveway in an hour. Heard a weird whistling sound about a week after and took it into the shop. Wasn't by any fault of there's it was a factory molding or something but they took care of it for free quickly and they're super nice. Definitely recommend!"

"Excellent service! They scheduled to do my replacement in the parking lot of my job. However, it was raining and they called and picked my car up to do the replacement at their shop and brought it back instead of just rescheduling. Very nice people to deal with!"
