"If you ever find yourself in the middle of the night during a downpour thunderstorm that produced three tornado warnings and your sewage backing up into your house the best thing you can do is call J & J. I tried calling every plumber in Piqua that claimed 24 hour emergency service. Every one of them had a recording asking me to leave a message. I did. Not a single one of them called me back. I called J & J and they answered their phone! No recording! Help was on the way! Jeff and Jase worked well into the night. It took a couple of days due to underground line clearances and digging permit from the city to dig in the street. But when Jeff & Jennifer came back to finish up not only are they very professional and knowledgeable plumbers they are just good people all around! Thank you Jeff and Jennifer! "For years my wife and I have had plumbing issues with our home and we tried several plumbers and only got temporary fixes to the problem. J&J came to our home and used a camera to discover that we had significant damage from roots and that part of our pipes was completely broken. They installed a cleanout, cleaned out the roots, and installed a liner to prevent any further root damage in the future. They also repaired the broken portion of pipe. Simply put, they diagnosed the problem and came up with a real solution at an affordable price. They were on time, professional, and more than helpful in solving our problems. "The first time J&J Brautigam LLC worked for me, 5/27/21, they replaced a broken sewer line and installed an inspection port at my daughter’s house in Sidney. Excellent work at a good price. The second time J&J Brautigam worked for me was 8/2/22 to run a camera inspection for water in ac ducts and also check the main sewer line because Alexander Sewer and Drain Service said we had tile broken at the foundation and they couldn’t clear a plugged line, 6/24/22, but they charged me $396 for trying for approximately 1 hour and 12 minutes. My son in law and I cleared the plugged sewer line the next day in approximately 1 hour. The sewer camera inspection revealed no broken tile in the sewer line. Excellent work at a good price. The third time I called J&J Brautigam was my sisters in laws sewer line was plugged. When they arrived, they did a camera inspection, found pluggage and cleared it with a high pressure jetter then found a second pluggage that wouldn’t clear. Camera inspection revealed an electrical line bored through the sewer tile. J&J contacted appropriate people to get this problem resolved. City is fixing it. Again excellent work at a good price. I’ve used their services three times and will continue to call them. They are good at what they do."
