"We would not recommend this place of business. We seemed to get lots of excuses, and run around from the owners, or sometimes no reply at all, about why the car wasn’t ready, parts not available etc. Once it was repaired, we had to return it with in days for more repairs. The loaner we received was even worse. We try to shop local, be understanding of issues that all business are facing, however we do not feel like our business was valued and will not be returning."
"3 weeks ago I took my car to get a quote on my muffler. Was told the part would take 10 days to get. Last week I was told the part would be here Saturday, took my car in at 8 am. Had to call off work because I hadn't heard back. Called them was told it would be done by 4:30 pm. Got a call from them after 5pm, telling me that they had the wrong part , the right part would take another 10 days to get. I'm taking my car somewhere else."
"If I could give 0 stars I would, I am not from Sydney but was there to see family. Well I took my car in to Sydney auto care to get a squealing noise when I go up in rpm fixed and had an idea of what it was but I’m not the mechanic. The mechanic basically agreed with what I thought and said “yep we need to replace your ac compressor” well I didn’t end up having them do it because they quoted me over $1100 so I took it back home with me and had someone else look at it and it only turned out to be my rear right brakes. So the reason I’m making this bad review is, SIDNEY AUTO CARE still charged me a $50 diagnostic fee EVEN THOUGH THAT WOULDNT HAVE FIXED MY CAR! Remember they did no work at all besides look into my engine bay and tell me what I already thought."
