"I had a rental that needed a battery which was a slow process by the rental company. But the issue was the lack of service, rude, and they acted as if I was there to bother them. I don’t recommend this shop unless it’s your last option. After waiting for an hour to hear back from the rental company, I ended up leaving regardless, so that the tire shop did not get the business from me even if they approved of the new battery."

"Great tires, great service, descent price. Unworldly tools. Torqued my lugs down so tight they reached the temperature of the Sun and forged-welded right onto the studs. Be sure to carry an 18-foot breaker bar in your trunk in case you get a flat."
"We were on the highway traveling to Florida when my engine light came on. Was referred to best one tire and service. Arrived there at about 4 o’clock. Richard diagnosed the problem and ordered the part which ended up being the wrong on. re-ordered another part, which was delivered. He stayed with us until he was sure that we were fixed and ready to get back on the road. Can’t say enough about Richard and his dedication to us. Highly recommend the shop."
