"The company that I used to remodel my kitchen purchased the cabinets from AVA. I do not recommend purchasing “stained” cabinets from this company for multiple reasons. They claim the doors are “Solid Wood Full Overlay, Raised Panel” but when I called in to inquire because my door panels have lines or seams going through the front of them, the Manager stated that they are prefabricated together. That to me is not a solid piece of wood. Even the sample that they sent did not show this. The cabinets came in multiple variations of stain. Some light, some dark and some in between. They also do not package the product well for shipping. Overall, not a high-quality cabinet for the price – disappointing in many ways."
"I buy a lot of Ava, all cabinet companies are tough to work with as far as broken cabinet, bad glazing witch Ava doesn't offer anymore, flawed doors, Ava actually does a great job of replacing whats not right, you just have to ask, it's a lot when you have so many customers but they do a great job, some things are beyond their control also, just wanted to review them, I've been selling Ava kitchens fo about 10 years"
"Stephanie and the crew are always so helpful in making things happen. Stock has been great and transfers quick. I've pretty much abandoned my other suppliers. They also have more selections to take an RTA kitchen in to a semi custom design."
"Dont do business with them unless you want your cabinets very late b/c customer service has no clue when your product will arrive. Also, I paid extra to have my cabinets glazed and a few of them were poorly done! Not sure how it passed inspection..."
"Just ordered my cabinets yesterday so can't speak to the quality (will provide an update once I do) but if their cabinets are anything like their customer service, I know they'll be exceptional! Every time I called, they were very informative and explained everything thoroughly. Hans was very knowledgeable and extremely patient with the tons of questions I had. Thanks, Hans! You rock!"
