"The washing machine did not ring the clothes at all they were still dripping with water and I had to triple the amount of drying time jus so I could have clean clothes for work! I’d rather Hannah and hang dry my clothes before wasting money here again"
"Very dirty laundry mat, smells like sewer and urine. I had 2 tops on 2 separate occasions ruined by gum being in the dryers. Sometimes when drying clothes here they come out stinking from the dryers. Your better off going to Ada laundry mat or the 1 in Dunkirk."
"After reading others' reviews I was almost afraid to go here. I was pleasantly surprised to find it clean, uncluttered , and cool despite the humid temperatures. The change machine worked, there were clean folding tables, carts were available, as was reading material and soda. The machines were in working order and my 4 loads were washed and dried properly. I will not hesitate to return."
"More than half of the machines do not work. The whole place is pretty gross. Today, one of the dryers started smoking and my clothes were singed and smelled of smoke. My son's baby blanket was in that load of clothes. Something I can never get replaced is now ruined."
"If this review had 0 stars that's exactly what I would rate it. Worst laundromat ever been too by far the WORST! Over half the washers and dryers don't work and haven't worked in quite a while. Makes u think the owner must have a really bad drug problem cause the money sure ain't keeping this place up! Place is nasty looks like it used to be a crack house, EVERY washer has soap scum and nasty looking gang green where u put the detergent in make u wanna throw up and the smell is like burnt hair and mold How u expect ppl to get their clothes washed n dryed If they don't get off work like the rest of the 9-5ers if u gonna shut the doors early as 8oclock? Piss poor excuse if u can't handle it sell it to someone who can."
