"Reading some of the other reviews here, it seems like they haven't learned anything.... I saw there were two cars in line at the drive-thru. All I wanted was a drink because I like to mix it at the freestyle machine myself. Inside, Doordash in front of me, another gentleman had just placed his order and then me. Well of course they got about five people running around waiting on drive-thru. Then this young little round red-headed girl complaining about how she doesn't want to work or whatever as she's punching out. But then she comes back in and gets this old guy a drink and his hamburger. And that's fine I don't have a problem waiting on him but then another 5 minutes passes and I still haven't placed my order. If you've got all the time in the world, come here. If not, keep driving."

"The food was good but the young boy that took my order was not very friendly. I waited at the counter for a couple of minutes while he talked to the guy with the long hair who was making the sandwiches. I was at this store around 7pm."

"Waited in line for 23minutes. Ive been to this Wendy’s 3 times prior always with the same experience. I should’ve known better but I was hoping that they changed since it’s been years since I’ve been there. I worked at another Wendy’s for 4 years and if we ever have service this bad we all would be out of a job. Avoid this place."

"Drive thru 7pm Friday. Biggy Bag: JR Bacon Cheese, nuggets, fries& Frosty. Food was room temperature at best, my fries were cold and half full, no spoon for Frosty. Disappointing. Seems no one cares about quality or good service anymore."

The Real:

"Working late had to stop at Wendy's Kenton for a quick bite. Went inside, nobody in line inside, and there was one in drive-thru. Waited 3 minutes before the attached 45 second video. Waited 4 minutes nobody ever addressed me as I waited. I counted 8 different staff members in facility. Couldnt even get anybody to look at me until the end of the video where the employee told me my phone light was on...lol. I literally walked away to leave and nobody said a thing. Manager right there at cash register didn't even acknowledge. Btw several staff members were absolutely gross, clothing filthy."
