"Been trying for like a year and a half to get this guy to come repair a pipe. He never has time, he's always too busy, I can't even make a future appointment.... that or he just doesn't want to. I have to rate his services as 0 out of 5 stars because, with my experience with him, his services are non existent. Edit:I received a call moments after leaving this review. I was told that they had read the review and they wanted to explain to me that Dan works by himself now, that he was very busy, that they are essentially fully booked, that they are essentially a mom and pop business and that they basically take jobs that are of emergency issues like broken heaters and air conditioners for the elderly. They said they could add me to a list but there would be no guarantee that they'd be able to get me. It's noble that they help the elderly and I'm sure they're good busy people and all but I need this pipe fixed. I'm trying Quality Mechanical Services now."
