"Went in for an oil change. Told the manager not to mess with the tire since the tire has a slow leak and usually takes about 5-7 days before I notice it being low and needing air. Well after the oil change, the car sat for about 6 hrs and when I went to leave for town, I noticed the tire was completely flat. Aired it up and let it sit and I checked it every hr. 4 hrs it took to be flat again. They refused to look at it and when I asked about what they would do to make it right, I got nothing. Thankfully Monro Muffler was able to get me in and only about a 20 minute wait and for less than what Walmart was gonna charge me. Done spending money there."

"They are always friendly and considerate. The system had a glitch and it caused a little confusion. If their system gets fixed it would help these employees out a lot, because the service is great otherwise. I know system issues aren't the employees fault. I stopped going to my old shop when I found this shop was more affordable and trustworthy."

"Brought a vehicle in for 4 new tires... by the time I got home the low tire pressure light came on and the two front tires were around 20 psi. By morning they were flat. Called back the next day, the tech was helpful and told us to bring it back in. Will update this review if issue is resolved or some sort of compensation will be given after our initial 3 hour wait. Edit: They resolved the issue however they made my wife wait for over an hour with no additional compensation. Updated rating from 1 to 3 stars accordingly."

"DO NOT come here unless you want to leave with worse problems than you came in with. These guys are friendly, but absolutely clueless. After waiting nearly 2 hours for a simple tire plug (I was the only one in the garage) an employee told me “they’re both new back there and they need help haha it should have been done 30 minutes ago.” I had to come back twice to fix what they messed up. Heard a lot of “well I think you do it like this” While I was waiting and also heard them argue about which one of them messed it up the first time. Again, they are nice guys but completely clueless. If you value your vehicle, go elsewhere and pay a little more."
