"I put $20 in the coin changer and it malfunctioned. they refused to give me my $20 back until they counted the money in the machine, and they did mail it to me a week later but I didn't have enough money on me to finish my laundry and the banks were closed so my wife had to drive home (20 miles) to get more money. Pain in the neck! Another time the washer we used took my money and didn't work. I told them about it and I never got it back. Then today they said dogs were not allowed in there so I went home without doing my laundry. I guess they dreamed up a new rule. Three strikes yer out. I'm not going back."
"Went here a lot years ago and never really had an issue. Went here again just the other day because my washer broke and there was a cockroach on the half wall area for kids to play on. The place is really getting run down and they're not doing any upkeep."
"The car wash was a joke when the timer goes off and u got soap all over your car u got to wait till it shuts off and drop another two dollars. If u don't a ain't and keep putting quarters in to stop the time it just eats your money. Then the quarter machine gives u fabricare coins that they don't even except!"
