"I made an appointment over the phone for upholstery cleaning. They didn't show up at the scheduled time, nor did they call. I called them and the lady answering said she would have the supervisor call. Waited nearly an hour past the appointment time for the call. Never came. So I called back and asked the lady to please cancel the appointment, if anyone was even on the way, and that I didn't need a call back as I was going to use another company. It was a small job, they knew that when I made the appointment, so if they didn't want to do it then they shouldn't have made an appointment for it and wasted my time not bothering to show up or even call."
