"I will have to say my experience with Stark's was positive at first. However overall I'm displeased. They told me that they could locate a sewer tile in my yard. Justin the tech was great and professional. However Stark's could not locate the tile, but yet they still charged me. I spoke with them about a possible access point to try and they told me they would have to charge me to come back and try again after not being able to locate the tile the first time. I will quote Terry "We have to be paid". I said "pay you again for a job that you didn't do the first time?" I think not. I would be very careful when dealing with Stark's, get everything in writing and do not pay at the time of service. Have them invoice you. The customer is not there concern. They will not get any business from me."
"These guys are the best! After an issue with another company they have come in and exceeded my expectations! The guys are professional and kind! They let you know what is happening every step of the way! The communication is spectacular! I would would recommend these guys for any of your needs!"
"Had them replace a boiler system in an apartment building. The installer was very professional and efficient. It was a tough install, but they stayed and finished it in one day. All debris was removed, everything was left clean, everything was done just the way they said it would be done. The final bill was exactly what there estimator Joe said it would be. They are not the cheapest around, but you get what you pay for, and I will use them again."
