I think he tends to try to help people who are having emergencies while he's already busy, and that puts him behind."

"Worst experience of my life!!! Gary took in the car and had it for over a week for spark plugs. Gary did not call to give an estimate or ask permission to work on the car. I tried to reach him several times to check on the vehicle. He just replaced the spark plugs-with the wrong plugs- and charged $500 for spark plugs!!!! What a rip-off. Total jerk and awful to deal with. Everyone I talk to says that they have never heard of such a ridiculous price and customer service. I would have been better to pay dealer prices. I will NEVER go back and don't recommend Gary's to anyone that values their money."
