"Superb customer service! We needed a new washer and dryer to replace one we bought less than a year ago from a family owned place in Fort Wayne that did not work. The other place refused to help us and said our house was the problem. That was not the case with Van's. We worked with Andy and he was very helpful and knowledgeable. He answered so many questions we never knew we had. Their delivery crew is awesome too! Showed up on time and even helped move our old washer and dryer to our garage. The washer and dryer we bought from Van's is working flawlessly, so clearly it's not our house that's the problem. When the time comes for other appliances, or house goods, we will be at Van's. They are truly the best!"

Nico was so helpful, kind and patient with us and answered question after question and helped us narrow down our selection. (Ended up with the first one we liked after all the searching) Van's pricing and quality were what made our decision after all our efforts. Their quality service didn't stop there. "We had a good experience with Vans when buying our refrigerator. The sales department did a wonderful job answering our questions. Knowledgeable and patient while we decided on brand and model. The delivery crew Mike and Alex were professional and careful while bringing in and setting up the new unit and removing the old unit. Great Job! We were given a call prior to them arriving, which was helpful. The only complaint was, we were quoted 7-10 days delivery, which had to be ordered (not in stock), and after 2 delays, took over a month to receive. But it all worked out fine."

"The most painless process from start to finish. Everything is done in house, not through a third party! I contacted Beau about a new fridge that I was looking at. He got me set up right away with what I was looking for. Beau let me know that someone would be reaching out to me to set up a delivery date. Got the delivery date set and received a phone call 45 minutes ahead prior to delivery on the day of. Mike and Alex showed up to take out the old fridge and install the new one. They were great and paid great attention to detail in making sure the fridge would fit through the doorway as well as getting it through without leaving any scratches. Mike and Alex were very kind and gave me a rundown on everything I needed to know about my new fridge. A great company to deal with all around."
