I was basically brushed off and told sorry with no care or concern or even a suggestion to help me find what I was looking at another location...funny how customer service "these days" seems to struggle no matter the age of the employee..."

"Quality of service has gone down in the past year. Everyone was standing around the cash register half heartedly glancing at incoming customers to ask if they needed anything. I wanted to save money by having me lawnmower blade resharpened. Someone told me they are usually ready in 3 hrs. I come back the next week ready to mow my lawn and now I'm told it may be 2 weeks more before I get my blade back. I wish I would have know before hand how long it would take. I would have just bought a new one had I know how long it takes."
