"I'm here from out of town, and just walked in to have my nails down. The front staff basically ignored me after I told them I had never been there before, they just pushed a clip boards towards me. Pointed at the wall and told me to pick out a color. It was there I saw they charge $30 to put gel polish on your toes. You can literally order 30 colors and a uv light on Amazon and do them yourself for that. - Speak to people and be glad they are there. How about a "Hi!""

"the first time i came in, my acrylic nails were done poorly. after 4 days of having them, they were missing polish in certain spots and were very thin that one nail snapped into two and they were lifting horribly. they were black french tips. a simple look. they asked me to delete my review and in return i could go in and get them redone for free. i did and now im having the same issue. its been 5 days and they're lifting again. they're nicer and are done thicker which is better than before though. i called around to other nail places and they said that that should not be happening, especially after 5 days!! it is due to improper nail prep. they're quick with everything. it's fancy inside and they're nice people, but as i said in my previous review, their service and quality is poor. im still disappointed and annoyed. i will be finding another place to go to for sure!!"

"I use to come here and didn’t really have any problems, outside of it being pricey. I decided to come back because I couldn’t get in with my original nail tech. It hasn’t even been two weeks and one of nails started lifting, and came off. The gel polish looks horrible, and they’re just thick and not of good quality. Highly disappointed and irritated!"

"I just got an acrylic set today and I never leave reviews but I was so disappointed. He didn't bother to trim my cuticles which were pretty bad, so the acrylic nails look like they've been grown out for about 2 weeks. They are also very very thick. I paid $90 for a full set with gel and a paraffin treatment. It was a huge waste of money since I'm either going to have to file them down like crazy to make them look semi-normal or go to another place and have them taken off and done again. I will say, the guy who did them was very nice and I enjoyed talking to him. My nails are just awful though, the worst I've ever gotten. UPDATE: Salon owner reached out and allowed me to come back and have them redone. They did a great job this time and it's a beautiful salon. Thank you!"
