"I booked an appointment online for a color gloss with style which was supposed to be $50 and stated the service would take 45 min. I came 15 min before my appointment time just in case there was paperwork or anything and still was there for over 2 hours from my appointment time to when i actually left when it wasn’t even busy. Jenny was great but when i went to check out i was told it would be $73. I asked why because I specifically requested a color gloss and had a screenshot of the services i requested to prove it. The woman at the front desk said that I booked a color retouch which would have been the $73 but when I told her about the screenshot she retracted her statement. Then the other lady at the front desk told me that gloss could only be clear even though I specifically booked a color gloss and have had colored gloss done before? Then when they asked Jenny what she did, she said to change the service back to a color gloss but they seemed reluctant to do so. My hair looks great but i really don’t appreciate how they went about the pricing. The same exact thing happened to my mom when she went in to get her roots done a few weeks prior. In my opinion, if i book a specific service online, that should be what is done and if there are any changes that should be made or price increases, it should be made known ahead of time so I could agree to it. Ultimately, it felt a little sleezy. 2/5 stars because my hair looks good."
