"worst salon ever. I booked a color appointment 4 days prior, just for it to be cancelled an hour before. I tried walking in for a hair cut another time and they told me they were too busy which i understood but i booked the next day, and they cancelled and told me they had too many walk ins… Then, i tried booking my son here considering my sons hair takes 15 minutes max to cut his hair so i thought it wouldn’t be as big of a problem. Well, i booked the day before and as i was walking in (10 minutes early), i got a call of them cancelling my sons appointment because of a WALK IN color service. I tried once more because i really like how they’ve cut his hair in the past, just for them to cancel an hour before again stating they have 3 people working but the person who was going to cut his hair called off.. so within a month and a half, they’ve cancelled 4 appointments between me and my son."
"Kaitlin at this location is terrible! I expressed I wanted to keep my length so I can donate my hair. Now I have to cut more off to make it right! They gave me my money back after she combed it for 5 minutes convincing me all it needed was a minor fix. First time I ever had an issue with this company, but I will not go back! She smelled like onions, maybe she should of enjoyed her lunch instead of rushing to cut my hair!"
