"I seen Nadine for a consult for extensions. I was charged 1350 for hair that was not even my texture. I have curly/wavy hair. The extensions sold to me were supposedly from jz extensions.. the hair is straight The hairdresser never listened to me as I was going for volume not length.. the salon removed the extensions and offered my a complimentary blow out and shampoo for damaged hair which I did not ask for. Just be careful and request to see the product before installation"

"I feel like myself again! My hair was always thick and healthy until I got sick. Most of it fell out and what's remaining is thin and dry. Looks aren't everything but it's pretty devastating to look in a mirror and not recognize yourself. Plus, it's pretty hard to feel good when you look so bad. Jen got me all set-up with a Halo hair piece and I couldn't be more happy with it! I was able to go in and try out a couple of different options before purchasing my own. Once my Halo was delivered (about a week later) she spent a ton of time with me making sure I was all set-up. We went over how to put it in, take it out, style it, and how to take care of it. It's expensive wherever you buy it from but you at least are confident in your purchase (style, length, color) and properly trained when you go through Salon Rootz. As a side note-these Halo hair pieces defy physics. I thought for sure it would slide around or fly off in the wind but nope! that puppy stays in place. I can literally brush it like my normal hair and it doesn't move. It's amazing and it makes me feel amazing! I HIGHLY recommend getting a Halo hair piece through Salon Rootz- if you're in the market for it."
