"I had an appointment with Guy and Pierre! I could not have been happier with both of their services. Guy was super knowledgeable about cutting and styling … making it perfect for “ sexy movement” and shaping in general to my face. . Pierre was so experienced as well with knowledge about picking shades for highlighting in my dark hair. He was going for elegant and classic which was what I wanted. They both seemed to be able to read what it was I was looking for! They worked together as a team Both guys were a blast to sit with! It was a great Spa West experience!!! Thank you Guy and Pierre!"

"Just happened to have a spa day. It was a gift I received. On my way out ended up getting a hair consultation. I could tell Guy and Pierre were very professional and already knew how to manage my hair. I decided to get it done since I was already sitting in the chair. When you are a business owner you can tell when people love their job. They are very professional and truly love what they do making a great team cut and color with precision. Amazing hair cut and color artistry. They are both very genuine and have a peaceful presence which is a bonus. Best experience I have had. I have received so many compliments on my hair cut and color as well. All products are very clean and organic. Thank you Guy and Pierre for your care in every step and loving what you do."

"This spa is a total scam – poorly managed, unhygienic, and overpriced. My wife and I routinely get SPA services in the US and around the world, and this was the worst spa experience we've ever had. - They charge $25 for sauna, but turned it on when I got there, and it wasn't throughout my appointment - I asked my masseuse to apply medium to firm pressure – she said she couldn't. Makes sense, because the poor lady was likely in mid to late 60s (Won't reveal name to be respectful to her) - no hot water in the shower, locker room had black hair all over the place. And this experience cost us $225. I think this establishment needs to take customer service and experience seriously to imorove significantly and continue to exist."
