"I was in the Westlake store location yesterday evening. Both my daughter and I made a purchase; Christmas gifts for someone else. As soon as you walk up to the sales clerk it's "give me your phone number ". Heaven forbid when you walk up to the counter the sales clerk would say to you, "did you find everything you need? May I have your phone number so I can see if you have an account with us?" There are no niceties at all. Just what is your phone number. Neither my daughter or I use our phone numbers since we don't shop there but once a year. As soon as my daughter finished her purchase she realized she needed to return two of the items. We immediately got right back in line. We were told by the next sales clerk that if she didn't have an account with Ulta she might be getting a reduced price on the returns. We are talking about 2 to 3 minutes with waiting in line since her purchase. They pressured her for a phone number. I am over this store! I go there literally once a year to purchase a gift for my sister. I won't go back. If I could give this store zero Stars I would."

"During Thanksgiving holiday my daughter and I were in much need of a hair makeover. I walked in and was so grateful to get an appointment on the spot. Stef and Kalie took the wheel and we both walked out of there feeling like we were going a wedding or red carpet event. I can’t begin to tell you how amazing and talented they both are.
