"I came here a total of 2 times once in early January and again in April. In January I received the quidad cut by Audrey and when asked to describe what this cut comes with she went into great detail but left out how it includes thinning out my thick curly hair that I worked so hard to maintain! Since my hair had so much density I didn’t notice the first time around and the cut came out great! Unfortunately due to a tiny amount of heat damage on my end I decided to go back again in April to cut the little bit of damage off and to maintain the layers that have loosened a bit (she also recommended me to come back after 3 months in January) what I thought would be a small trim turned into a nightmare. she gave me what she called a “quidad cut touch up” that consisted of her thinning my hair AGAIN which once again she did not make it clear that that’s what the cut comes with. So me completely blind to it I leave the chair and go home to see uneven thinning (there’s more hair on the left side than right) and my hair falling flat with little to no volume. Not to mention her thinning method was basically cutting random curls off around my entire head that ultimately just left me with an insane amount of frizz. I was absolutely horrified and contacted the manager just to see if there’s anything I can do regarding get a not so good cut just to be told that her stylists are good at describing cuts and that I should’ve spoken up about what I wanted (which I would’ve done if I knew thinning was involved in the first place). It’s going to take me forever to grow out the 1 inch curls all around my head. Audrey was really sweet and did a great job the first time around but why feel the need to thin someone’s hair out twice in the span of 3 months without clarifying it? im not sure. The pictures are before the original cut > to the first cut > after the second cut. I don’t even write bad reviews but I wake up a lot days mad about my hair since it happened so why not."

I just needed a cut but she went above and beyond and gave me a gorgeous blowout to make the new cut complete and the products she used left my hair soooo soft.
