"Nice store lot of merchandise reasonable prices the sales lady was really helpful I ended up buying one shirt she said if I got something that gets 30% off or something the next one so she's doing her up selling like you want her to oh by the way I didn't get her name but the but the band that I saw I'm trying to think of the name of them which is music I don't listen to it was Papa Roach the song in concert with the band Shinedown and Asking Alexandria so the girl she had half blonde hair half black hair if you can pass it on to her thank you again nice place to shop"
"So many strange and interesting finds. Staff was just ok. Kinda seemed preoccupied. Another shopper commented the same so I was not the only person who seemed like we interrupted them to check out. Found out about reward program from other shoppers not from staff. The merchandise will keep my teenager going back but the staff should be retrained to put customers first."
"Great sales people and wow such amazing stuff inside the store for just about any taste. There are socks and shirts for TV shows, bands, movies that are new as well as cult classics. The toys and mugs, jewelery and trinkets are pretty damn cool and some pretty hard to find things too. They have a great section set up for all your Halloween favorites and man did the kids ever go crazy looking at it all. They currently have a buy one get one at half price and the savings sure add up when you have four kids excitedly shopping. All in all, between the specials and the awesome selection of goods, the services and being all in one place, you can't go wrong stopping out. if you are looking for something in particular, I would phone them to see if they have what you need; and they have always been happy to set them aside and hold them for me till I get there. I highly recommend Hot Topic and the Sandusky Mall and if you stop by you will not be disappointed."
