She was super sweet and understanding as I explained I was a little nervous! She immediately relaxed me, she said,’ ‘this is your moment girl we can do this how ever you prefer, ‘we can talk or you can just relax’! I’m naturally a talker so we talked lol! She gave me a complete rundown of my skin and the best routine for my skin needs! I got the diamond glow, and personally fell in love! My skin was still glowing weeks later! I’ll definitely be booking with Shannon again!"
"Staff was very friendly - I had a 1 hr. facial at the Eastgate location and was honestly disappointed - any facial I've ever had I also was massaged in my scalp, neck, shoulders, and arms and this was only a facial - product was put on my face but there were moments when nothing was going on and that's when, in the past I would be having my scalp or neck or shoulders massaged. The person doing the facial was very nice but I felt she could have done more."
