"they do not follow store hours and do not note anything on their doors when they close early. they are supposed to be open until 8pm and i showed up at 7 with the store being completely closed. both employees were driving off in the same car together laughing. last time i come to the springfield sally beauty. can’t even pick up your order because they don’t follow hours"

"The web site shows store is open Friday until 8:pm. I made a special trip and arrived at the store at 7:15. The door was locked, employee came to the door and advised store closed at 7:00 and they already counted the register. Please change the posted hours to reflect actual hours for the store"
