"The stylist Kim was absolutely horrible to me today. Cut off my long hair and did not even give me the cut I asked for. Almost ripped out my tragus ear piercing. Did not show any care at all to me being upset about the fact she messed up. Was rude during cutting my hair was yanking hair complaining of its thickness when it's curly. She was very rude to my autistic son throwing demands only no conversation. Horrible person and stylist. I have contacted corporate and will continue until this has been resolved. Was still made to pay for my haircut even though myself and another stylist said it was not what I asked for."

"I asked for a simple trim and one side was noticably longer, I went back to have someone fix it and the second woman made it worse this time choppy and uneven in several spots, I then called asked for the manager or owner and found out the 2nd woman that ruined my hair is the manager.. How are they cosmetologist if they can't cut a straight line"
"Tried to walk in. They said there was an hour wait. That was fine there was a Walmart next door and I needed to grab some stuff. They said I was not allowed to leave to save my spot. What a odd policy. Had my haircut for 44 years. This was the first time a hairstylist said I was not allowed to leave the store. Great news. There are 20 other hair cut salons in 10 miles."
