"I have had incredible interaction with the injectors/lazer hair removal staff. However a few interactions with the front desk staff have led me to make the decision to end my membership and go elsewhere for further treatments. Good customer service is paramount and unfortunately in recent months that has not been the case."
"Would absolutely recommend services at the Perrysburg Ideal Image location. Clean and inviting atmosphere, welcoming staff, and prompt service. Hannah Hammer did a fantastic job, she took the time to listen to my concerns, and checked on me throughout the procedure to make sure I was comfortable. She was even patient explaining the after care guidelines to me. My skin feels and looks great, can’t wait to go back!"
"The nurses that take care of you are amazing. The check in people are very polite. I am very happy with the outcome. However I was taken back upon my final visit. I was then told I may come back whenever the need for a co-pay. This co pay was not discussed during the initial $1600 that I paid to have this done. And they can’t even tell me what the co-pay will be until my account is closed out here in a few days. Something sounds a little off in my opinion very disappointed at that."

"DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! I paid $2700 for laser hair removal. After I finished all my treatments, I even got touch-ups done and 40% OF MY HAIR STILL GROWS BACK. It would be understandable if theres little hairs but no i still have to shave. I just talked to customer service and she said LASER ONLY WORKS 40%-70% HAIR REDUCTION? then whats the point of getting it done when you still have to shave? lol what a joke. Then transferred me to a number that doesn't work."
